CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glory Hair LLC, we value your time and ask that you respect the time reserved for your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment, the following cancellation policy applies. Cancellation Notice Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is a common standard within the salon industry and helps prevent lost appointment availability. Cancellation Fee Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total scheduled service amount. The cancellation fee must be paid before booking future appointments. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please send a text message to our business phone number. Text messages provide a written record and help us process appointment changes promptly. Repeated Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. However, frequent cancellations affect our scheduling and availability for other clients. After three (3) cancellations, regardless of timing, the client may be placed on our blocked client list and may no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Glory Hair LLC. This practice is consistent with many service businesses that restrict booking privileges for repeat cancellation offenders. Late Policy Clients have a 10 minute grace period before considered late. Being late for 3 appointments may result in immediate placement on the blocked client list at the discretion of Glory Hair LLC. If a client is going to be late a phone call to (443)889-9382 is required. No-Show Policy A client who fails to arrive for an appointment and does not provide notice will be considered a no-show. You will also be considered a no show after 15 mins if no prior notice was given. No-shows may result in immediate placement on the blocked client list at the discretion of Glory Hair LLC. Policy Acceptance By booking an appointment with Glory Hair LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
